Welcome to the Prairie Point Panther Press!

5th Grade Musical

Wednesday, October 19 at 7:00pm at Prairie Point Elementary is our 5th grade musical performance of "A Kid's Life" for family and friends!

  • There will be a student-only performance on October 16, which is during the school day.

  • On the evening of October 19, students are to be at school no earlier than 6:30pm (doors to the gym will not be open until 6:30pm). Program crew members should arrive by 6:20. All students should be in their musical seats by 6:50pm. The show will begin at 7pm. Videotaping is permitted. There is no fee for admission.

For most students, the costume for this year's show (including actors, dance crew, program crew, poster/flyer crew, and cleanup crew) is simple. Dress as a kid! If your child has the acting part of Mom or Dad, feel free to dress up a little bit. "Dad" can wear a button up shirt and tie with a sport coat. "Mom" can wear a dress with a necklace. Think of the parents on the tv show, "Leave it to Beaver".

The characters of Grandpa and Grandma, well, you can probably figure that one out!

If you have any questions, feel free to send me an email or call. I'll see you next week. The kids are excited to share their talents with you!
