Hero Challenge
Not your regular 5k Race!
Get active with an exciting challenge for a GREAT cause!
Morgan County Fire Rescue - Stations 9 & 12 (Rutledge Area), in partnership with Hard Labor Creek State Park, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), will be hosting the first ever Hero Challenge on October 20, 2012. Hero Challenge is a 5K run designed with obstacles such as water crossings, walls, monkey bars, hills, etc. for each participant to conquer. The course is designed to be a fun and challenging adventure while raising awareness of these organizations. Proceeds will benefit MCFR as well as the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Event Information
Hero Challenge 2012
From Interstate 20 - Exit 105, travel north on Newborn Rd. to Rutledge. Continue across Hwy. 278. Follow the signs to Hard Labor Creek State Park.
Check-in and Registration will be at Group Shelter #2 near the Swimming / Beach Area.
