Virtual Severe Weather Assembly-TOMORROW
We invite your family to watch the linked video and access the included PDF as you prepare for severe weather at home:
PTO sponsored virtual music assembly
Tony Memmel grew up in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and now resides in Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife and son. He enjoys playing basketball, swimming, hiking, and cooking/trying new foods… especially if hot sauce is involved.
Tony is a singer-songwriter, speaker, and teacher with unique charisma and creativity. Though he was born with one hand, he taught himself to play the guitar by building a special cast that he designed out of Gorilla Tape. He’s toured to 47 of the 50 states and to 17 countries, sharing his music and his message of hard work, determination, and resilience. We are excited to welcome Tony to Park Lawn on 4/19 when he will facilitate a songwriting workshop with our fourth graders. He will also present to our entire school during a virtual assembly on 4/21. Additional information about Tony and his work can be found at http://tonymemmel.com/wp/

FREE & REDUCED
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service has again extended the free student meals program, providing a free breakfast and lunch option for students until June 30, 2021, or until the USDA confirms that funding is no longer available, whichever comes first. As a result, student breakfast and lunch will be free on the days that students are learning at school face-to-face, and the days that students are learning virtually.
When this free meal program ends, families will be charged for meals through their child’s Skyward Family Access account based on their student meal status, whether free, reduced, or standard price. Click the "Free & Reduced Meal Information" drop-down below for more information on receiving free and reduced student meals after the free meal program ends.
We want to be able to help and our Free & Reduced program covers more than just meals. If you are wondering if you qualify, click below to fill out the application.
