Hertford County Public Schools
There are seven schools in the Hertford County Public Schools district. There are three high schools, one middle school, two elementary schools, and one primary school. The schools are located in Ahoskie, Murfreesboro, and Winton, NC.

Hertford County is unique because a person can get a full education right here in this small county. You could go from Pre-k to twelfth grade and then on to college to get a four year degree. This is unusual and unique in such a small area.
