What is it? What can you do?

What is bullying?

Students sometimes think that any time someone is mean, they are being a bully. We have to be really careful about using that word and have a conversation with students about what bullying is and what it isn't.

pacerkidsagainstbullying.org is a great website with lots of resources to get that conversation started. There are great videos to share as well.

There are great suggestions on what to do if someone is being bullied, witnesses another person being bullied, or has bullied someone.
