Why, where, and when was the festival held?
The festival of the sun is held on June 24th in Cuzco, Peru. It is nine days and is a celebration of worshiping an Incan God. It has colorful costumes, festive music, and plenty of food.
What kind of people/ how many people does this festival attract?
It attracts about 150,000 people in authentic costume. They dance and play music.
