The Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Calendar

A Weekly Resource for Parents and Caregivers

To better equip parents and caregivers during this time of constant change and challenges, a team of school psychologists from the Berks County Intermediate Unit’s Early Intervention program have developed a weekly Social-Emotional Learning calendar with daily ideas for activities and lessons that will help your child grow socially and emotionally.

Below is the link to the calendars. They are available in English and Spanish and they have 10 different calendars to include topics such as coping with separation anxiety, using a calm down area at home, and mindfulness exercises to name a few. Enjoy!!
