P T O Sponsored, 8th Grade Parent, BHS Info. Session

Are you a parent of an 8th grader who will attend BHS this fall? After the high school counselors talked to you, do you have questions only another BHS parent can answer?

This informal Q&A session is designed especially for current 8th grade parents and others new to BHS. Join a veteran BHS parents panel who can give you the low down on what you really need to know and answer questions about life at BHS. Whether it's questions about how lunch works, if kids really use their lockers, AP classes, IEPs/504s, different fine arts, or athletic extracurriculars, we have parents who can answer these questions and more.

Join us for an informational session at the Barrington Area Library on Thursday, 2/23, from 9:30-11:00 AM. Due to space limitations, sign-up is restricted to 60 spots - first come, first served. We will also do a livestream on the BHS PTO Facebook page.

Station PTO 2022-2023 Fundraiser

Station families, we need your support! This year’s school fundraiser is to upgrade the sound system in our multi-purpose area. This area gets tremendous daily use! During lunch, there are announcements that get made to the students; we have our plays and musicals on the stage, student socials and dances, sports activities, award ceremonies, and staff meetings, in addition to other schools that use our stage.

Station PTO is a 501c3 organization. Your donation is tax-deductible. Simply print your RevTrak receipt. Our EIN is 36-3972641. Thank you for your generosity!

AM Arrival at Station!

Just a quick reminder with winter weather here that Students are not allowed to enter the school until 8:25 AM each morning! Please plan accordingly. Thank you!

Absence Requests ~ Sign Out Procedures!

If you plan to pick up your child early from school. We ask that you please put in an Absence Request in the Parent Portal of Infinite Campus before picking up your child. Your student will receive an early release pass in order to meet you up at the front entrance within 5 min. of your arrival. When you arrive to pick up your child, please come to the front door with your cell phone. Ms. Jarva or Ms. Shannon will buzz you in and you will scan a QR Code (located on table near front door) that is linked to a Sign-Out Form that you complete while you wait for your child to come down from class. Please note only individuals listed on Infinite Campus (IC) will be allowed to pick up your child. If you need assistance with the parent portal, please contact the Infinite Campus Hotline at (847)-842 3580.

Thank you!
