** 7.00pm - 7.30pm is a quiet time for performers to prepare themselves - if you wish please bring a bottle of water/soft drink (not fizzy) but please don't bring food.**

Ticket sales are good but if each performer “sells” one more ticket before Tuesday we will be performing to a capacity audience.

Dress Code

Girls; Dark Skirt, Coloured Top, short or long sleeves (White, Red, Green or Gold - Christmas Colours) - not vest style/skimpy fit.

Boys; School/smart trousers, black or dark, white shirt (red bow-ties will be provided for boys to wear).

Ladies; Black skirt, dress or trousers, black top - black and gold company scarfs will be provided.

Men; Dinner suits, white shirt, bow tie (black or coloured).

Peel Street Car Park YO1 9PZ

A small number of parking spaces are available in the Herbert Todd car park (opposite the National Centre for Early Music), there is limited on-street parking and the nearest City of York Council car park is in Peel Street (YO1 9PZ). Peel Street car park is open 24 hours and there is no charge after 6.00pm.

Carol Books – As you have now been provided with copies of Once in Royal David’s City, Away in a Manger, O Little Town of Bethlehem and Hark the Herald Angels Sing for insertion into the red folder Carols for Choirs should be returned on Monday evening, if you haven’t already returned it.
