celebrating 25 years of excellence in catholic education
happy 5th week of easter!
Theme for the Year: Goodness
Our Motto: Teaching the Mind...Nourishing the Soul
At St. Joseph Catholic School, we are striving to become missionary disciples, recognizing the goodness of God in our lives and in the world around us, each and every day.
Our Mission and Vision Statements
Mission:
St. Joseph Catholic School provides students with a safe and prayerful learning environment, enveloped by an intimate community of active and faithful families.
Vision:
Catholic schools in the Diocese of Fort Worth are committed to opening the doors so that our students can reach further than the walls that would otherwise enclose them and therefore are able to recognize and cherish the eternal and transcendental goods of Truth, Beauty, and Goodness.
From the principal
When I was a child, I recall asking a priest in the confessional if it was alright for me to always pray for the same thing over and over again. Wouldn't God get tired of my always asking for the same help? He kindly told me that God never tires of our asking.
We must not cease in our prayers for healing during this time. Maybe we can use this experience to improve our daily prayer life, altogether? Coming together as a family to pray for one another and for the world...that's truth, beauty, and goodness.

Distance learning photos
Our Art teacher, Mr. Suarez, has shared some more of our students' art work from this week.
"Zentangle Hands" drawings by Sr. Mary Anthony’s 7th Grade students. They enjoyed the “meditative doodling of patterns (or tangles)” created by the collaboration of a monk and an illustrator and now a relaxed method of drawing.
Well done, Knights!
