Thanks for a Great Week!
Congratulations on putting together another great week. Valentine's Day, PTA, Love the Bus and 100th Day Festivities made it for a busy but memorable week. I am constantly reminded that Micro Elementary is able to consistently rise above challenges and provide phenomenal experiences for our students. Your hard-work, dedication, and love for students is appreciated. Next week will provide more opportunities for Micro Staff to prove that we are the small school where BIG things happen!
Monday-Early Release: Teachers report either to Selma Elementary or AG Glenn for PBL Training. Leave after student dismissal. Selma Elem. participants need to to take earbuds.
Monday and Tuesday: One teacher per grade level are attending PBL WInter Booster
Wednesday: Staff Meeting Afterschool
Thursday: TLC Visit to Micro (if they are visiting your room you received a schedule)

- Do you want to vertically plan? Do you want to offer our students clubs? Take the survey so we know your thoughts.
- Congratulations Mrs. Jones on being a Flame For Learning Semi-Finalist for the second consecutive year! It is an amazing honor to make the top 20 in JoCo!
- Nominate a co-worker for JCPS Employee of the Month
- #NoJo Family Day will be held April 28th. We have several student groups, clubs, etc, that may want to perform or provide a display. Please use this link to provide information regarding your group's interest.
- New form for documenting parent conferences: Please use this form to maintain the number of parent conferences you've had. At this point, we need all homeroom teachers to have the number of conferences that they have held thus far by their name. :),
March is JoCo Job Shadow Month. Our college and career ready program is sponsoring a "Shadow Me" Day for High School Students. If you would be willing to host a HS Student on a day in March please complete the form below.
- Awesome News! We have been given unlimited access to Flocabulary until March 10, 2018. Flocabulary is a learning program for all grades that uses educational hip-hop music to engage students and increase achievement across the curriculum. - Pineapple Visits: More of these took place this week. Coach Creech was seen taking part! Way to go!
