WB District Newsletter
This is a very busy time of year with lots of end-of-the-year activities going on. The Class of 2022 is enjoying senior week activities. The culminating event is our Graduation Ceremony scheduled for Friday, May 27th at 6 pm at the Town Park (weather permitting). Each school has varied events going on and communications will be sent out from the schools with all the details.

Global Citizens Club
Jill discussed what her job entails, some of the 16 countries she's traveled and worked in, memorable experiences, and some of her favorite international foods! Students got to ask her questions and she shared various ways they can become better Global Citizens even if they can't travel just yet.
The students of the Global Citizens Club were impressed and inspired and have lots of ideas for next year to make the club even better!

This past Thursday, May 19th, our WB Athletic Boosters held our Athletic Awards Night.
*Congratulations to all of our athletes and their accomplishments!
*Congrats as well to the Richard Thompson Award winners, Rachel Smith and Madsen Anderson.
*Congrats to the Robert Dwyer Award winners, Halle Hackenson and Thomas Sheedy!
*Another congrats to all of our Varsity Jacket winners and Senior Plaque winners as well!
*A HUGE thank you to our WB Athletic boosters Officers Stacy Raphel and Jenn Gately, Jeff Ryan, Lori Hackenson and all parent volunteers who help support our athletic programs. The WB Boosters funds this entire night!! Pictures from the Athletic Awards night will be posted on our athletic website this week.
*We had a great day celebrating the Girls and Women Sports Day this Past Friday, May 20th at Faneuil Hall in Boston! Thank you, Mrs. Page, Audra Roberts, Ms. Maloney, Joelle Cameron, Bryn Bouvier and Brianna Miller for attending the event! Celebrating 50 years of Title IX!
*Good luck to our boys and girls track teams today as they compete in the Mayflower Athletic Conference Championship meet today at Southeastern!
Congrats to all of our athletes who participated in the Mayflower Athletic Conference JV Championship meet this past Thursday, May 19th! Thank you to our coaches, Kyla Daley, Jon Pike, Michelle Decastro and Michael Rosow who organized the entire meet!
