Saints Scoop

May 12th - May 19th

Dear ICCR Community,

We had a busy week at ICCR filled with many exciting events.

Mother Daughter Event

I would like to begin by taking a moment to thank our fantastic Mother-Daughter Event Planning Committee for organizing such a terrific event last Sunday. Our families thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the event, from engaging in floral arrangements to the delicious food and everything in between.

The attention to detail and thoughtfulness that went into planning this event did not go unnoticed. Thank you to the Remillard and Cassi Families for their generous donations. I would like to express my gratitude to Mrs. Antonella Cassisi, Mrs. Krystal Carnes, and Mrs. Danielle Marland for their exceptional efforts in organizing this outstanding event. You truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time, and it was greatly appreciated.

ICCR Golf Tournament

This past week ICCR hosted its first golf tournament in over three years. We had beautiful weather on a great golf course! I want to give a special shout-out to George Cardoza's team, who won first place at the tournament, and Mrs. Dunlap, who had the longest women's drive of the day!

As always, we cannot do any of this without the constant help and support from our families and the local businesses in our community! Whether sponsoring an event or donating your time, I would like to thank everyone who was able to help such a great school fundraiser be a success.

I would also like to thank Kevin Remillard and our golf committee (Catherine Hunter, Chontelle Manfredo, Brad Peterson, Jessica Remillard, Joyce Washburn, Jen Wilbur, Sharon Zickendrath, and Edina Zuena) for donating their time to putting together such a great event!

Teacher Appreciation Week

I would also like to thank our families and PTO for organizing such a wonderful Teacher Appreciation Week. A special note of gratitude goes to Mrs. Heather Daglieri for chairing the teacher application week committee. Thank you to our entire community for creating a memorable week for our teachers filled with breakfasts, doughnuts, cupcakes, lunches, and teacher swag. We are so appreciative of our families and all that they do for our school all year long.

Happy Mother's Day

To all the fantastic mothers at ICCR, we wish you a very Happy Mother's Day weekend!

"Mary, on this day when we honor all mothers, we turn to you. We thank the Lord whom you serve for the great gift of motherhood. Never has it been known that anyone who sought your intercession was left unaided by grace, which brought heaven to earth and changed human history. Amen."

We have many exciting events coming up over the next few weeks. Please be sure to read through the information below and reach out if you have any questions.

Best regards,

Mr. Miele
