Wamogo Regional High School

December 18, 2017

Message from the Principal

Dear Wamogo families and friends,

Winter weather is now upon us and along with the snow comes scheduling concerns. For the 2017/2018 school year, if Region 6 Schools have an unscheduled school closing, the Wamogo day type will not be dropped. For example: if the unscheduled school closing occurs on an A day, students will return to an A day.

Region 6 Schools uses School Messenger to alert parents/ guardians by phone and/or email if there is an unscheduled school closing, delay or early dismissal. If you have not signed up for School Messenger, or if you have had a change in contact information, please contact Barbara Hart, School Counseling Administrative Assistant at 860-567-6646/ bhart@rsd6.org.

Progress reports are now available for viewing through PowerSchool. If you have concerns regarding your student's academic progress, please contact your student's teacher directly or your student's school counselor. Through open communication, we can help all students achieve their highest academic potential.

There will be a full day of school this Friday, December 22. School will not be in session for winter break, December 25 through January 1. School will re-open on Tuesday, January 2. I wish you all a happy, restful, and healthy holiday break!
