Reminders

This is a reminder that all cell phones should be powered off and put away, your earbuds and personal electronics should be out of sight, and all hoods down.

Important Reminders

  • All Staff, Students and Visitors are expected to wear a face covering while on site making sure to cover your mouth and nose. You may remove your covering during lunch.
  • Frequent hand washing is also encouraged.
  • Parents, if your child has a fever, please keep them home.

Friendly reminders to all parents/guardians from the Main Office:

  • If you move, please let the school know. You will be asked to Email or FAX a Proof of Address document such as a Lease Agreement (first and last page), Cox Cable Bill, DHHS letter or Bill of Sale on a house.

  • if you change phone numbers or Email addresses, please let the school know. We must have workable phone numbers for all parents/guardians and because of the Pandemic, it is much easier to reach parents via Email at times.

  • Leaving town for the holidays? Please contact the school directly. While we appreciate students communicating with their teachers, the office requires a contact call from a parent/guardian so attendance can be maintained accurately.

  • When students have Dr. Appointments, (a parent needs to call when you leave class if your child is doing online or remote learning and then call again when you return if it's still during school hours). For your convenience, verification letters may be faxed to Attendance at 531-299-2319 from your doctor's office.

  • For the protection of all of our students at Bryan Middle School, when parents/guardians need to pick up a child from school, we ask that you provide ID at the main office. Once this has been obtained, we will call your child to the office. If you are sending someone in to pick them up, please call the office ahead of time to let us know who will be coming in and the time. That person will need to show a valid ID prior to us releasing the student.

Message from Mrs. Brower

All current 8th grade students need to pick up your clay projects from last year or they will be thrown away over winter break.

You have between now and December 11 to pick up your projects. We will make several announcements and the notice will be in the bulletin through December 11, 2020.

After School

Students not riding a bus home are expected to leave the building at the end of the school day unless you are participating in athletic practices. All students not participating in any athletic practices should leave promptly at 3:05 pm.

Bear Pride

"And remember staff and students, to show Bear Pride you need to be responsible, be respectful, be safe and be your best. Make it a BEAR PRIDE DAY!"
