Major Contribution(s) to Physics: Creation of Renormalization Process

His Research

His Research

Brief Summary of His Research:

Renormalization is a method used in QED (Quantum Electro-Dynamics) to treat infinite values so that they can be used in further calculations. In short, it is a way to allow values that would not normally be able to be used in equations to be plugged in. In QED, many values are not well-defined. By using the process of normalization, these values can still be used.
