A Brief Message from your Principal, Katie Johnson

Hello Cougar Families,

I hope you each found time to notice the good things, appreciate them, and possibly express your gratitude to yourself or someone else. As Dr. Siegfried shared earlier this week, the Cherry Creek School District will continue remote learning for the rest of this semester. Therefore, our teachers are focused on consistent routines so your children can have uninterrupted, meaningful learning for the next three weeks. While not ideal, I am pleased with the learning experiences our teachers are providing your children with during remote learning. If you have quesitons/concerns about your child's learning experience, please be sure to reach out to your child's teacher. I have witnessed first hand the collaborative efforts between our community and staff to make this experience as meaningful as possible, and for that THANK YOU!

Reporting Positive COVID-19 Tests

CCSD is asking you to complete this form if you are a parent/guardian of a CCSD student who has received a positive COVID-19 test result. However, if you have already communicated with our school nurse, Patti Rojec, you do not need complete this form.

If you are pending a test, or have questions about symptoms or exposure to those with COVID-19, please contact your own healthcare provider or our school nurse, Patti Rojec.

District Device

We have distributed over 150 devices to students in our Cottonwood Creek community. If your child is using a CCSD device, it is important that your child log out at the end of each day. Be sure to keep the device powered up overnight. District issued updates occur overnight; students need to be logged out and the must be powered up for it to happen.
