Parent Help Wanted - Site Word Busters

Parents, Grandparents and Friends:

Are you wondering what Sight Word Busters is all about and are you thinking about volunteering to be a Sight Word Buster. Please join us from 5:00 to 6:30, October 2nd at Round Table Pizza on Sunset, for a no host gathering that we call Buster Babble Bash. You will hear what a Sight Word Buster does and how it got started. You will meet current Sight Word Busters and others who are interested in becoming Sight Word Busters and there will be a fun activity. We hope to see you Wednesday.

PE injuries and illness

We are seeing an increase in students asking to sit out of PE due to injury and illness. If your child is ill or has a minor injury, please send them with a note to sit out of PE for the day. If your child will need to sit out for more than two consecutive PE sessions, please send your child with a doctor's note. Our PE teachers do a great job of modifying activities to accommodate students who are not feeling well, while still having them participate to get exercise to improve their health.
