Eat well, sleep well, & exercise every day! Exercise helps you stay balanced, focused, & energized! All of our gym facilities will be open this week. You can use the fitness room, squash courts, or use the gym for basketball or volleyball. Equipment will be available.

- Tuesday 11:00 - 12:00 ~ meditative swim (low lights & soft music)
- Wednesday 11:00 - 12:00 ~ meditative swim (low lights & soft music)
- Thursday 11:00 - 12:00 ~ float, swim, & chat!
