Circle Seven Round Three-Violence against God, Nature, Art:
Scar from Lion King: Scar's reign turns the Pride Lands into a wasteland, without food and water, which will lead to starvation. Judge Frollo from Hunchback of Norte Dame: Judge Frollo is a "deeply religious" man who tries to convince the people of Paris that his evil deeds are good because they are God's will.
