Great things are happening in Jefferson County Schools and especially here at Chalkville Elementary. The journalism students at CCHS created a video to show you some of the great things that are happening at our schools. You can check it out here:

Last year 836 students who attended a Jefferson County school were offered 2,109 scholarships totaling $73,355,132!!!

We are more than a score. We are helping all of our kids to be college and career ready and it all begins here in elementary school. Chalkville Elementary is a great place to be!

January Teacher of the Month

Congratulation to Ms. Stacy Hill for being selected the January Teacher of the Month. She was selected by school administration and leadership for her outstanding performance in the classroom and the care she shows for each of her students.

Help us with these four tips to prevent the spread of flu!

Did you know that we have a room FILLED with materials to help your child at home? We have anything from math games to easy readers. Our resource room is filled with many options to help with whatever skill your child may need extra help with. The best part is it is FREE to use, simply stop by the school and you can check-out what you need and take it home with you the same day. Simply return the materials whenever you are finished with them.
