Each school year we are able to reflect and look back on the past year. We have learned a lot through good times and bad. Thank you all for being such a great part of our very large OPA community. This community is a very diverse, fun, and passionate group and each of you has a part in making it what it is. Thank you for trusting us with your students each day. We take pride in what we do and will continue to support your students to find happiness and success. Have a safe summer. We look forward to seeing everyone again in August!

To encourage students to continue their awesome learning progress during the summer.
How?
There are tracking sheets for students to record their progress throughout the summer. Turn those tracking sheets in at August Registration to earn a prize.

Dear Parents,
The enrollment process for the 2023-2024 after-school program is now open! It will be the same as in the past. Each family will need to fill out an application and return it to the elementary office. An application is required even if students are enrolled this year. The application is attached to this email and will also be available in the elementary office. Please turn it in as soon as possible!
For the last couple of years, OPA received emergency COVID funds that covered the costs of the program and allowed it to be free for families. Those funds are no longer available, so it will be $200 per month for each student. Families that qualify for childcare assistance can apply with the Department of Workforce Services to help cover the cost. Kindergarten Graduation
Kindergartners will have their graduation on Wednesday, May 24, in the Junior High Gym.

Join us as we celebrate these awesome kids and all of the hard work they have done this year. This is such a crucial year for these kids to get the foundations of reading and math as well as learning how to build social skills and problem solving skills. Congratulations to all of our kindergartners, class of 2035!
