Cavalier News

May 4th - May 9th

May is here!

Dear Cavaliers,

The month of May is full of celebrations, acknowledgements, preparations for finals and promotion, and parent and student meetings. We start the month with Teacher Appreciation Week which runs from May 4th - May 8th. We, the administration at CVM, will be moving teacher appreciation week to May 18th - May 22nd; our wonderful PTA will be hosting a luncheon for our staff right after school on Friday, May 22nd, and you will be able to start your three day weekend right after the luncheon.

We will be having Orientation Meetings for our parents on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. Our administration will be reviewing important information with our incoming parents and Ms. Bishop will be signing up parents for CLUB TC.

This Sunday, May 10th, is Mother's Day. We want to celebrate all of our CVM mothers. Thank you for all you do for our students and your families.

Grade Distribution

Grade distributions by district and by teacher will be placed in your boxes on Friday for PLC time. Please review the data as it applies to our school, your department, and your classes. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions please see the administrator who oversees your department
