2018-19 is officially a wrap!


Thank you for all the wonderful ways you have contributed to OCE this year. Whether you bought a Go Play Save book or helped set up Carnival or sent in treats for the teacher's lounge or simply joined the PTA so that our organization could continue to support the teachers and staff at OCE as well as advocate and provide support for our students, it all made a difference!


There are some changes in store for fundraising next year and we will outline all the great new information in the coming weeks as the 2019-20 school year ramps up. The Beacon will take next week off and be back on July 11th.


For now, enjoy celebrating another great school year with your kids! You all deserve it!

Meet the Teacher

Meet the Teacher

Meet the Teacher for all Tracks in Grades 1st-5th will be held on Wednesday, July 3rd.


Times: 2-3pm (Last Names A-L) 3:30-4:30pm (Last Names M-Z)


Current student class assignments will be sent home in their report cards. New students to Olive Chapel will have class assignments mailed to them.


Kindergarten Meet the Teacher 2019-2020


Track 1, 2, and 3 will be held on Monday, July 15th.

The first FULL week of school for Kindergarten students on Tracks 1, 2, and 3 will be on Tuesday, July 16th.


Times:

Track 1: 12:00-12:45pm

Track 2: 1:00-1:45pm

Track 3: 2:00-2:45pm


Track 4 Meet the Teacher will be held on Friday, August 2nd.

The first FULL week of school for Kindergarten students on Track 4 will be on Monday, August 5th.

Track 4: 2:00-2:45pm

Spirit Night

Spirit Night

Our first Spirit Night of the 2019-20 school year is coming soon!


Join us Friday, July 26th anytime from 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. at Sweet Spoons at the Haddon Hall Commons Shopping Center (772 W. Williams St.).


15% of all sales will be donated to benefit Olive Chapel. The class with the most participants will win a FroYo party!!!


So come after school, come after dinner, bring a friend, and enjoy a sweet, cool treat to benefit OCE.
