Henry's Adventures
Henry Hudson went on three journeys to find a way north to go to Asia and India. On his first journey on his way north of Russia he encountered icy seas despite him leaving in spring. He had to go back empty handed back to the nether lands where he lived. On his second journey a year later he made it further than before and once again encountered icy water so instead of returning home he headed west and discovered some islands of green land and also noticed alot of whales in the area which later turned into good hunting grounds. On his third journey he encountered more icy seas and instead of returning home empty handed he went west and landed in sova scotia where he encountered the local population and traded with them he then went exploreing the region and discovered the hudson river now named after him.
