The first atomic bomb

On August 6, 1945, during World War II (1939-45), an American B-29 bomber dropped the world’s first deployed atomic bomb over the Japanese city of Hiroshima. That bomb killed over 90 percent of the city. It also wiped out 80,000 in seconds.

This is my source to my information I provided:

1000 cranes of hope project

The magic of the origami crane is its healing qualities. It has informed and enriched my expressive arts practice, and those familiar with the transformative process of folding paper into an animated shape have felt the hands-on alchemy of creative healing. Every origami experience. I dont know who all the people who helped.

Story of the peace crane

This is the story of Sadako Sasaki
On August 6th, 1945, World War II’s Allied forces dropped an atomic bomb on the Japanese city of Hiroshima. This story is very tragic and depression. When the dust had cleared, people’s shadows remained frozen in place on sidewalks and the sides of buildings. On that tragic day, 140,000 civilians were killed.
