Baseball, CORE, and Books

Students from the Warren Central High School baseball team visited Hawthorne, Sunny Heights, Grassy Creek, and Pleasant Run last week. The baseball players read favorite books to students, reinforced how important CORE is to success in school and sports, and invited students to baseball clinics for elementary students. The students and teachers loved the guest readers and the baseball players had fun sharing books and talking with the students. Thanks goes to Coach Seibel and his players for building community between the high school and the elementary schools.
