Adisson Roylance, Student Support Advisor
My name is Adisson Roylance and I am employed as a Student Support Advisor for Idaho Virtual Academy. I graduated from BYU-Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in business management. Currently, I’m a graduate student at NNU enrolled in a dual master’s program in clinical mental health and school counseling. I specialize in adolescent development and have work experience with incarcerated juveniles and various alternative school programs in Nampa Idaho. I find joy in serving others. My hobbies include going to the park with my wife and pug, playing guitar, outdoor activities, and sports.
Andre Archer, Student Support Advisor
Andre Archer is an Idaho native and has worked in the mental health/education field for 7 years. First as a Community Based Rehabilitation Specialist (CBRS) and then as a counseling intern. He has worked closely with youth through CBRS, school counseling and the YMCA. Andre has a passion for growing himself and helping others to reach their potential. He is now pursuing this passion serving Idaho Virtual Academy as a student support advisor to help youths reach their academic and personal potential. He graduated from the College of Idaho with a degree in business in 2013 and will finish his master’s degree in counseling at Northwest Nazarene University in spring 2020. He competed in track and field through his collegiate years. He then coached track and field collegiately and at the High School level in the Vallivue School District. Andre is a strong believer that people are not problems, problems are problems and that we are all in this together to help each other make good things happen. When he takes off his school and work hats, he loves practicing Fortnite dances and saying words like lit and fam. He is very excited to be a part of the Idaho Virtual Academy Team.
Jana Mansfield, School Social Worker
Jana is an Idaho native, whose passion for civic engagement and social justice began with AmeriCorps (the domestic Peace Corps); where she worked as a tutor and mentor in a local school district. After completing two years of service and seven years on staff with the AmeriCorps program, she earned a B.S. in Sociology and a Master of Social Work degree; she is currently a licensed master social worker (LMSW).
Since 2014, Jana has had the opportunity to work in a number of social-services agencies providing case management, crisis intervention, court advocacy, and psychotherapy. She is passionate about supporting students as they complete their education and dreams of a world where quality education is accessible to all.
In her spare time, Jana enjoys hiking in the foothills of Boise or taking leisurely strolls along the greenbelt. She loves to read, knit, and above all, spend time with her partner, children, and two tiny dogs (Joan and Stanley).

Schoolwide non-negotiable
TVS account changes
Fill out this survey (bookmark it for future use) for TVS phone, email, or in-state address changes.
Be sure to fill out the survey completely. To make the correct changes, Leigh Ann needs to know whose addresses and phone numbers need to be changed (e.g. which parent or both or is it the LC; whose phone # and is it the home or cell). She also needs to know the student first and last name along with their student ID# and if they have siblings.
Withdrawal Dates & Parent Surveys
When a student informs you they are withdrawing, we need to be sure we are including the last day of attendance on the withdrawal survey as the actual last day the student attended, not necessarily the day we are notified of the withdrawal (although, they may be the same). Staff can use the last student login date in the OLS for the last day.
Also, we need to inform parents we will be sending them a parent survey and ask they fill them out (it isn't required, but it offers good info). Follow up with an email to the parent, and include the following link: http://tinyurl.com/Parent-Withdrawal-052516. Add to your WD note in TVS that you sent the parent survey.
K5 Advisors - do not submit the WD, rather email the HR teacher and they will process the WD.
K12, Inc. Updates
Student Printers for SY 19-20
For new approvals for the 2019-2020 school year, we will be providing 1 printer per family (instead of 1 printer per student like past years). If families need more than one printer, they can request one through customer support.
