Busy Badgers
February 2019
We finally got some snow! Oh, how we love snow! The children have been so excited to play outside (when weather permits) and use the snow shovels, make snow angles, and participate in outdoor winter art and science activities! Please keep us informed when your child will not attend due to inclement weather, sickness, or being on vacation, etc. Thank you. you so much. Last month we discussed the theme of Outer space while incorporating opposites, and shapes. We also learned about the 5 senses: We looked at many different things in our environment, smelled foods, tasted lemons and M&M's, listened to different sounds of birds, and used our hands to feel soft/hard, smooth/rough, etc. We also painted with ice cubes!
