mass reflections
Father Gordon told us that Abraham did kind things, even though he was not expecting a reward. He did good things because He was a kind and loving person. So when we do something, we shouldn't be doing it to get a reward, we are doing it because it is a good thing. - Mackenzie
In Father Gordon's homily today, he talked about Abraham from the Gospel. Abraham was the first to believe that there was only one true God. God wants us to be more like Abraham in our lives. We also shouldn't always expect a reward for our good deeds. We should do kind things for others because we care about them. - Eliana
