When to use "me time"

Use "me time when you are dealing with stress and to many things going on around you.

How to do "me time"

    "ME" is individual
    . Stop all that you are doing. Sit down somewhere (peaceful place, beach, cafe, your room, or anywhere). Ask yourself "what do I want to do?". It may be that you like painting and reading but there is a wide variety of relaxation activities you may enjoy. Some people love running on the treadmill or going for a long walks.Other things that you might like to do are reading or writing poems, cooking, shopping, practicing yoga, playing with kids, etc.

    Pick one of these activities and schedule it once a week. Slowly, you will include these more than once a week.

    Have a look at these activities to give you a break from the routine. Mostly they would be short activities.

    Slowly, as you perform them, your happiness quotient will increase.

    These "ME" time activities are so positive that they make you feel good about yourself and contribute to building a happier you.

What is Me time

Enough is enough! Leave me alone! - If this is what comes to your mind all the time even though you have a happy family and life's going good, do not worry. All you need is a little "ME" Time."ME" is you and thus "ME" Time is your time.
