On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (January 12-14) we will hold our senior class meetings and E-learner picture day inside the gymnasium. Herff Jones will host both senior meetings to discuss cap and gowns, class rings and other pertinent information for graduating seniors.
Tuesday, January 12, 2021:
All seniors currently enrolled as E-Learning students will have their senior meeting at 8:45 a.m. inside the gymnasium. Students should arrive on campus before the first-period bell (8:33 a.m.) and meet outside the gymnasium. The meeting will last approximately 35-40 minutes. Students must leave campus immediately following the meeting and will not be permitted on campus while classes are in session.
Wednesday, January 13, 2021:
All seniors currently enrolled as Brick and Mortar students will report to 1st period for attendance. Seniors will be released via intercom announcement to move to the gymnasium for their senior meeting.
Thursday, January 14, 2021:
Picture day for all E-Learning students. Parents will be asked to park on the SHS Driver's Ed Range and wait for your son/daughter to have their picture taken.
Students will walk along the safety barrier behind the student parking lot and report to the gymnasium during their assigned time. After taking the photo, students will be expected to walk along the safety barrier back to their awaiting parent and exit the parking lot of the campus.
E-Learner students will only be allowed inside the gymnasium for their photo and escorted back out the gates leading to the student parking/ driver's ed area. It will be very important for students to attend the assigned time attached to their last name and immediately depart from campus as other students and parents will be coming on campus for their assigned times to take photos.
Picture Day for ONLY eLearners is January 14, 2021 beginning at 8:40 a.m. Seniors will take pictures according to their last name:
8:40-9:30 Adams - Casillas
9:35- 10:20 Castano - Estrada
10:30 - 11:20 Febus - Inciarte
11:25 - 12:10 Irvin - Maahs
12:15 - 1:05 Mack - Pagan-Morales
1:10 - 2:00 Palmer - Rodriguez
2:05 - 2:50 Rojas - Thomas
2:55 - 3:45 Thompson - Zollars
