Together We: Learn, Grow, Lead
Grange Hall Families,
The Grange Hall Bull Dog Fun Run fundraising is underway and we've had an amazing time! We are currently 45% of the way towards are school goal! Can we make it by our run next Thursday?
To help prepare for the #FunRun, students now have a WEEKEND CHALLENGE! If a student receives a total of $2 per lap in new pledges (or $60 in flat donations) over the weekend, they’ll receive a special #Boosterthon prize! Enter those pledges on FUNRUN.COM to qualify.
On Friday afternoon, I had the opportunity to participate in a celebration for one of our bus drivers, Mrs. C, route 212! Several GHES students and their families nominated Mrs. C for a monthly contest sponsored by www.gohappylabs.com. Mrs. C was the winner for the month of February. Our students and families met Mrs. C at the stop on Friday afternoon with cards, balloons & gifts. Thank you for being an example of the importance of spreading kindness to others!
It's time for our annual "March Into Resource" month where we come together as a school to showcase our Resource classes and show our school spirit. We will kick off tomorrow by wearing our favorite hats and reading! Please refer to the calendar linked below for further details.
Throughout March, help us celebrate why we are LUCKY to be Grange Hall Bulldogs! Click this link to share with us why you feel lucky, and your story could be featured on our school social media pages! #GHESProud #LearnGrowLead

Need to report your child's absence?
- If you complete this Google form, you do not need to send in a written note or call the clinic.
- Please remember that the automated calls regarding student absences are sent via our electronic attendance program - not by the school.
- Our secretaries update our daily attendance each day based upon the form linked below - most times we can make it before calls go out; however, on a busier morning, we may not get the update until after a phone call is placed. If you document the absence below, it will be corrected in our system daily.
Kindergarten Online Registration is OPEN!
If you are a family of a rising kindergarten student or know of a family who will be sending a child to kindergarten during the 2020-21 school year, it’s time to start thinking about kindergarten registration.
Great news! We’ve got an opportunity to save some time on April 16, which is Kindergarten Registration Day at every elementary school in Chesterfield County.
Visit https://mychesterfieldschools.com/family-and-community-engagement/preparing-for-school/student-registration/kindergarten-registration/ and preregister for kindergarten today. Doing so should cut in half any wait time on Kindergarten Registration Day.
Please remember to share this message with any family you know who has a rising kindergarten student!
