Students will be bused to and from OLMP school to participate in the activities.

Book Recommendation
Book recommended: The Boy Who Was Raised as a Dog
Author: Bruce D. Perry & Maia Szalavitz
Recommended by: Mrs. Ellert (St. Pats & OLMP Collaborative Response Coordinator - CRC)
What happens when a young brain is traumatized? How does terror, abuse, or disaster affect a child's mind--and how can that mind recover? Child psychiatrist Bruce Perry has helped children who've faced unimaginable horror. In The Boy Who Was Raised as a Dog, he tells their stories of trauma and transformation through the lens of science, revealing the brain's astonishing capacity for healing.
Why it is recommended:
This is an engaging and fascinating book from a psychiatrist recommended for older readers. It is about trauma and transformation as the authors look to explore the resiliency of youth.
