Panorama Surveys to Gather Stakeholder Feedback
HSE Schools is excited to announce a new partnership with Panorama Education. This partnership allows our schools to collect valuable feedback from three critical stakeholder groups: students, parents, and teachers. Over the next three weeks, we will be conducting surveys to learn more about the perceptions and needs of our school community. All K-12 students will participate in the Panorama Social-Emotional Learning Survey at school during the March 18 – 29 survey window. Family survey links will be sent directly from Panorama Education to the Guardian 1 email address on file in Skyward during the same window.
Learn more about social emotional learning and HSE Schools Comprehensive Student Success efforts by visiting hseschools.org and clicking on school counseling. If you have questions about the student survey or to opt out, please contact your building principal or Dr. Susan Drumm, HSE's Chief Analytics Officer (sdrumm@hse.k12.in.us). If you don’t receive your unique family survey link via email on March 18, please contact either support+hseschools@panoramaed.com or sdrumm@hse.k12.in.us.
HSE Schools are grateful to our grant partners for providing funding for this survey opportunity. Thank you in advance for your feedback and for all you do to help all 22,000 HSE Students become #HSEFutureReady.
Safe Visitor Badges
Per HSE Policy, visitors must have their Safe Visitor Badge scanned to check-in to the building. Please download the SafeVisitor App (available for iPhones and in Google Play for all other phones) or have your badge available when you come into the school. Looking up names can lead to the wrong person being signed in. Upon leaving, please give your printed badge to the office staff for quick check-out.
CURIO CITY
Kids are curious, are you? If you are an expert in your field and are willing to share what you do, we want you! Our students are curious about different career paths and we are looking to provide them with experiential learning experiences. Are you interested in being a guest speaker? If you are interested in partnering or sharing your experiences with our students, please contact Marna Meyer for more information. FCE WANTS YOU. Join CurioCityHub.com and help make learning come to life!
EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES - CHECK THE COMMUNITY INSIDER ON HSE WEBSITE
PARENTS:
Please check out the new events on the Community Insider: Information on Newfield's Summer Art Camp with our own Ms. Cline, Fishers Library programs, and community sports will be posted there.
FCE FORUM Frequency
Please look for a Skylert to be sent twice a month from FCE providing you with a link to the most recent FCE Forum newsletter. This will be how we will keep you up-to-date with events and happenings at FCE. Please feel free to share the link with other FCE families who may have not received the Skylert. In addition, please suggest to them that they verify current contact information in Skyward as this is where information for future Skylerts is pulled from. Communication is extremely important to us, and we value your involvement
