PASIC 2021 - FC Percussion to perform at international convention

Indianapolis is set to host one of the largest drum and percussion events in the world – the Percussive Arts Society International Convention (PASIC)! Featuring concerts, clinics, panels and presentations given by the finest artists from all over the world, PASIC 2021 will showcase all areas of percussion — drum set, marching, keyboard, symphonic, world, recreational, education, music technology, new music, and health & wellness.

FC Percussion has been invited to participate. This is a GREAT honor and speaks to the excellent musicianship of our students!

Schedule

Wednesday November 10th:

The concert is at 6:30pm and is open to all the public and will feature percussionists from the Advanced Percussion Class.

Report time is 6pm.

The concert will be held in the high school auditorium.

Following the performances, students will load up all of our equipment, eat lunch (pack a lunch or bring concessions $), and enjoy various clinics and performances as well as spend time in the expo hall. The students will leave at 5pm and return to FC at 5:30pm. The students will put the instruments away and then be dismissed.

There will be some unbelievable deals on music, sticks, mallets, instruments, and all accessories in the expo hall. It may be a good idea to bring some money if interested in making a purchase.
