It was great meeting you today. I just wanted to take time and say how much I appreciated your help trying to solve my computer problems. I also appreciate you getting me a loaner during for the meantime.
I took the liberty of highlighting the areas that we could influence, albeit before the reorg. Nevertheless, we are still committed to them.

Digital Promise Debrief
For example, as most of you know, I've been a fan of staff admin rights and promoted it with my role at the SDE. We should treat staff as professionals and trust that they will act in accordance with their role as teachers, for we trust them with our most precious resource; children. The visit from Digital Promise reaffirms that belief and we'll be transitioning very soon. With great power, comes great responsibility. As such, we'll be updating the AUP to address those powers and responsibilities. I am hopeful that if we empower our staff, our service request count will diminish as a consequence.
There will be TONS more. The change in culture is for IT Services, too. Remember, same ladder, same goal.
