Blue Hills News

From the Desk of the Principal - January 20, 2022

Dear Blue Hills Families,

There are two significant announcements today, so please read carefully!

At-Home Covid Testing Program

At the end of this month, we will be starting a voluntary at-home Covid testing program for any student or faculty/staff that opts-in to the program. Every other week, students may receive two at-home tests to self-test on Tuesdays.

This program is completely free and completely voluntary. We strongly suggest you consider signing up. Families that sign up students by January 28 will be included in the first round of distribution (week of January 31).

A letter detailing the plan is attached below.

The optional opt-in form is found on Family ID: Click here.

Before/After School Program

We are pleased to announce the start of the Blue Hills Before/After School Program. The program will take place before and after school in the Library Media Center and will provide support with general academic and vocational homework help, study skills, test taking strategies, as well as writing, reading, and research strategies. Please note: The Blue Hills Before/After School Program does not replace subject-specific help students may still request from their teachers. For more information and to sign-up your child, please visit The Blue Hills Before/After School Program. With Term 2 ending next week, this is a great time to reflect on current progress and find ways to improve.
