High Blood Cholesterol

*Causes & Symptoms*
High blood cholesterol is caused from various habits. It can be caused by eating fatty foods. You can suspect that you have this illness by the symptoms; high blood pressure & high HDL & LDL.
*How to help*
*Foods to eat & avoid*
Low fat foods are very recommended. You would also need whole grains, lean meats, fish, fresh fruits & vegetables. These foods can decrease your blood cholesterol and make it easier to maintain. You should never eat processed snack foods with a lot of sugar.
I'm a sophomore student at Central Davidson High School. I'm currently in foods one and I have to do this flyer for a grade.
