St. Patrick's Day HyperDoc
A HyperDoc is a term used to describe an interactive Google Doc that contains links to websites, videos, and more. Here is a St. Patrick's Day HyperDoc that was designed for students in grade 3-5. It incorporates the BrainPOP video on St. Patrick's Day, which I have also linked below. This HyperDoc requires students to activate prior knowledge, engage in new learning, apply their thinking, and share their findings with a partner.

Pi Day Poetry
A "pi poem" is composed of words in which the number of letters of each word is equal to each consecutive digit of pi. So the beginning of the poem would consist of a 3-letter word, followed by a 1-letter word, 4-letter word, and 1-letter word, to represent the beginning of pi: 3.141. Click here for more information about this fun Google Sheets activity.
