  4. Focus on things you can control (things you can't control will work themselves out in the end)
  5. Don't let stress take over your life
  6. Realize everything is temporary
  7. Don't dwell on the small things
  8. Let your mistakes and mess-ups motivate you
  9. Try to separate yourself from the cause of your stress, even if only momentarily
  10. Stay optimistic
