Many thanks to all of the PTA volunteers for a very special Winter Wonderland Pajama Day! Students enjoyed dancing, decorating snowflakes, and decorating bags for Meals on Wheels. The hallway display of snowflakes celebrating our school unity and each students' uniqueness is spectacular! | Fantastic 4th Grade Musical Performance! Bravo, 4th Grade! We are so proud and impressed by our 4th grade students' singing, acting and dancing in their musical performance of "Bring on the Snow"! Completed enrollment packets can be dropped off at Dryden during Kindergarten Registration, which will take place on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 between 9:30 - 11:00 AM or 4:00 - 6:45 PM.

Erin's Law
This year, Erin’s Law presentations will take place in classrooms at Dryden between January 22 and the end of February. Information about Erin’s Law and topics covered at each grade level are linked here. Like last year, Dryden Social Worker, Mrs. Thompson, will present in classrooms. Presentations will be one time for about 30 minutes.

Variety Show is ON!
Calling all Dryden Students! Do you have a special talent that you’d like to share with the Dryden Community?! Now’s your chance! The Dryden Variety Show will be held on Friday, February 21st! All ages and all school appropriate acts are welcome (example: dance, magic, song, poetry). You can perform a solo piece or with a group. Below are the directions on how to sign up.
Dryden Variety Show: Friday, February 21st, 6:30pm
Auditions: Tuesday, January 14th, after school
Start Here: If interested, please start by filling out the form below so that we have all of the necessary information. If performing in a group, you only need to submit one form on behalf of the group but be sure to include the name of each performer (this is displayed on the Google form).

Last Step: Once the form is filled out, then sign up for an audition time using the link below. Only one person from the group needs to sign up for an audition time. Please be on time so that we can keep things on schedule.
Arlington Heights Council of PTAs T-Shirt Design Contest
Deadline: January 31, 2020 at 11:59 pm.
Four (4) Winners will be selected to receive a *$250 D25 Summer U Voucher- one each from grades: K-1, 2-3, 4-5, 6-7. Top Winner will have design turned into a T-Shirt, and will receive free T-shirt. KEEP CALM T-Shirt sales will be available in early Spring. 100% profits from T-shirt sales will support 2021 AHCPTA/D25 Scholarship Fund. Everyone will be encouraged to wear the “Keep Calm ” T-shirt during Mental Health Month in May. Date to be announced.
