In-Person Phase-In Plan
We are all set to bring back in-person learning students in Early Childhood (EC), Kindergarten, 1st Grade, and Structured Learning Programs (SLP) on Tuesday!!
Here is our tentative plan for the rest of our in-person students coming back into the building:
- Week of January 25- Phase 4 (2nd/3rd Grade Added)
- Week of February 1- Phase 5 (4th/5th Grade Added)
We do want to give advanced notice IF there are any changes to this timeline. Should that occur, we will notify families as soon as we can.
We will continue to follow our scheduled school day like we have this school year:
K-2nd: 8:00AM-12:00PM
3rd-5th: 8:30AM-12:30PM
Also below is a copy of the letter sent on Wednesday, January 13 about In-Person Procedures.
Please let us know if you have any questions. Have a great weekend!

COVID Information
Zooming/Absence (In-Person Only)
Zooming in a blended classroom will not be the exact same experience as their in-person peers, but it will allow for them to get exposure to the core lessons that are being taught. SeeSaw and Schoology will still be accessible to those students while they are out.
Please note that this is only for students that are in quarantine due to COVID-related circumstances. A student can start zooming the following school day once the school has been made aware. This allows time for the teacher to prepare their Zooming station to be set up.
iPad Cleaning
It is part of the student responsibility of using a school device to maintain the device- this includes cleaning it, regularly. Below is directly from the Apple Website
To Clean Your iPad
Using a 70 percent isopropyl alcohol wipe or Clorox Disinfecting Wipes, you may gently wipe the hard, nonporous surfaces of your Apple product, such as the display, keyboard, or other exterior surfaces. Don't use bleach. Avoid getting moisture in any opening, and don't submerge your Apple product in any cleaning agents. Don't use on fabric or leather surfaces.
Valentine's Day Plans
Yearbook Information
Don’t forget to order this year’s historic yearbook before we run out! Your student will not want to miss out on all of the stories that are making this year so unique. The deadline for ordering the yearbook is January 21, 2021. On January 22, the final quantity will be submitted for yearbooks sold. Don't miss out!
