A letter from Mrs. B
Hello and happy Friday! We made it!!
It’s been a great week, but a long week for everyone!! Getting back into a routine is tough after being off all summer! I saw many students with complaints of headaches, stomach aches and especially tiredness. Lack of good sleep can really play havoc on both our minds and our bodies. Below is a table with general guidelines for bedtimes by age.
Please familiarize yourself with our policies regarding school illnesses and medication. I have attached the school policies below.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns at 641-985-2288 or at my email, firstname.lastname@example.org
I am in the office M-F, 730-330. - Mrs. B:)

FFA Contests Begin!
Congratulations to the Riceville FFA Meats Judging Team consisting of Joy Beran, John Langreck, Tyler Sprung and Madi Miller for placing 9th at the State FFA Meats judging contest on Saturday.
Parents Night at Thursdays Volleyball Game!
Senior Parents will be recognized tonight!
Activities in the gym - please help us by reminding your students that they should not be going in front of the scorer's table during volleyball or basketball games.
They should also be staying in the gym OR gym lobby and not walking the halls, in the RAC, or in classrooms.
Football games - having footballs and playing "touch" football is part of the experience growing up when attending football games. We embrace that. However we do not want, nor will tolerate, tackle football. Also there should not be footballs being thrown close to the north or south end zones as there are spectators in this area AND we do not want balls close to the playing area.
Thanks for your support and understanding - hope to see you at our extra curricular activities!
