March is National Nutrition Month!
Make informed food choices
Shop the perimeter of your local grocery store -that is typically where you will find healthy foods like produce, dairy, fresh meats, etc. The center of the store is typically the refined and processed sections.
Opt for color!
Fruits and veggies!
Develop nutritional and physical activity healthy habits
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
Staying healthy and taking care of you!
As we round the corner towards spring (and hopefully towards the light at the end of the pandemic tunnel), it is important to take care of you!
Proper hand hygiene (wash hands/use hand sanitizer)
Stay home if feeling ill
Be mindful of what your body and mind need to stay healthy!
