what is a glacier?

Glaciers are thick layers of ice.

They form when snow piles up and over time the snow terns to ice and

eventually you have a big sheet of ice and snow called a glacier.

what do glaciers do?

glaciers move. They move very slow but can do a grate amount of damage.

They can carve valleys and canyons.

The deferens between icebergs and glaciers is that an iceberg is much ,much smaller than

a glacier. As a mater of fact icebergs are broken off pieces of glaciers.
