Need to Know
STARS Coordinators & Curriculum
Please make sure to update your org's Roster to reflect the new STARS Coordinator. Send Student Activities an email about the change providing the name of the outgoing STARS Coordinator and the new STARS Coordinator. Please note the change isn't automatic and STARS credit must be transitioned manually, so your patience is appreciated!
To help the transition on your end, here are some helpful resources to get the new person up to speed!
- STARS Curriculum Training TODAY! FROM 2-3 PM in Student Center 217B
- STARS Website. Check out the interactive tabs on the Challenges + Rewards page!
- Student Org Basics Training, Thursday, February 16 from 2:30-5 PM in Student Center 217B (Intended for new orgs, but existing orgs are welcome if they have new officers or just need a refresher)

Updated Office Hours
Olivia and I are here to help your student organization achieve its fullest potential! Visit our Student Organization Office Hours in HGSC 219M. These fifteen minute meetings are on a walk-in basis (first come, first serve). No appointment is necessary!
Mondays 1:00-2:30 PM
Tuesdays 9:00- 10:30 AM
Wednesdays 2:00-4:00 PM
Thursdays 10 AM- 12 PM
Fridays 1:00 -2:30 PM

WebEx for Org Meetings
WebEx offers students the convenience of meeting with classmates online to complete group projects. This is also an excellent resource to keep in mind this winter. In lieu of canceling class due to weather, consider scheduling the class online using this free web conferencing service.
