Weekly AESD Update

Rain, Rain Go Away

Students at Wildflower Accelerated Academy experience a fast-paced curriculum that focuses on student engagement. Our third grade students at Wildflower designed and constructed an umbrella for their pets. Their designs were innovative and are sure to keep their furry little friends dry.

Desert Star School: Blue Watermelon Project

Desert Star School is affiliated with the Blue Watermelon Project. The project teaches students about different plants and vegetables. In addition to this curriculum, a chef is featured who shares one of their recipes. Students are given the ingredients of the recipe to try the dish at home with their family. Participants are truly enjoying the fruits of their labor.

Copper Trails' Students Hit It Out Of The Park

Our Copper Trails' dance team performed at the Diamondbacks Game on Sunday, September 25. Copper Trails School has a strong focus in the arts. Students are encouraged to express themselves creatively and the dance team is no exception. They had a great time performing and we had a great time cheering them on from the sidelines.
