Advisory (PLT) teachers will be calling each parent to let you know the window of time on your student's class day that you can come to HCHS and meet with your student's advisory teacher and get your student's schedule.
Parents and students will need to have completed the online registration, pay fees online through the Parent Portal on Infinite Campus with a credit card or in person with cash or check of $50 Instructional Fee and $25 Technology Fee, and meet with the advisory/PLT teacher to pick up their schedule on their designated date and time.
Schedules will not be issued until online registration is complete, fees paid, and parents meet with advisory/PLT teachers. For a household not reached by phone for an appointment and for any family who misses their appointment, a home visit by school staff will be on Aug. 2nd but schedules will not be available until the first day of school.
The Alternative Colonel Home Blitz will be Aug. 6th from 4-7PM. Teachers will not be available but once you fill out the online registration and pay all fees of $50 Instructional Fee and $25 Technology Fee, cash or check only at the school or credit card online through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, and you will receive your student's schedule.
If you have not been contacted by July 23rd please call your child’s unit office to update contact information. Information about the online registration process is available on the Henderson County Schools website.
Please enter our campus through the west entrance (closest to Arlington Drive) or the main entrance and park in the back parking lot behind the greenhouse, CTE Unit or in front of HCHS . You will enter door #12 or the main entrance and proceed as directed by our staff and students.
