We wish all of our Cooper families a restful Spring Recess
Travel Quarantine Information Available on COVID-19 Checklist
Maintaining the health and safety of our school community is of utmost importance, particularly during this unprecedented pandemic situation. Providing a safe environment is a partnership between parents/guardians and the school district. Please note that the state of New Jersey strongly discourages all non-essential, out-of-state travel at this time. If your child has traveled or travels during Spring Break, please follow the guidelines from the NJDOH and the CDC, linked from our COVID-19 Checklist. Call or email the school nurse, Mrs. Fleischmann, jfleischmann@chclc.org, to notify her of any planned travel. She will discuss the required post-quarantine guideline with you, prior to sending your child back to school.Reminder: 2021-2022 Kindergarten Registration Is Ongoing
If you have any friends, family or neighbors with children entering kindergarten, or switching to CHPS from another school for first grade, please let them know that registration for the 2021-2022 school year is underway! Because of COVID restrictions, parents are asked to register their children online. Full details are available on our website.

Natural light and fresh air are both extremely beneficial for children. Sunlight stimulates our brains to produce serotonin, a chemical linked with feelings of wellbeing and happiness. Serotonin also helps prevent us from eating too much and promotes a better night’s sleep, as well as aiding our memory too. Be sure to get outside and play!!!
